Utah's Attorney General is offering this page at no cost to government agencies and private companies to use to get the word out about data breaches. The Identity Theft Reporting Information System can provide a medium to get the word out about a data breach, the instructions and steps to take to protect against becoming a victim because of a breach, and a process to report the crime to all, or to a designated Utah law enforcement agency.
